Equality Act Heads to Senate — Tell Your Senators NO!
The House of Representatives has passed the shocking and dangerous "Equality Act" (H.R. 5). This is no surprise from Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat caucus, but even more shocking are the three Republicans who voted for this radical legislation. Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1), Tom Reed (NY-23), and John Katko (NY-24) voted to pass the so-called Equality Act.
This legislation would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include gender identity and sexual orientation as protected classes under U.S. law. What does this mean?
Quite simply, this bill
would
Attack discrimination protections for women,
Decimate legal protections for young girls, and
Destroy religious liberty protections for churches and organizations.
Your two senators need to hear from you! Call them and tell them that they must NOT pass H.R. 5, the "Equality Act."
